I would say that a toxic shaman could remove a doomsayer's mutation for
the simple reason that the type of mutation has no effect on the
doomsayers doomsaying, so I can't see it being a pre-requisite (more of a
absoulte side effect). Now any doomsayer that would allow that has got
serious issues. The mutation is "of the Glow" (not capital G). The Glow
(i.e. GOD!) has decided that the doomsayer should have this mutation, it
shows a severe lack of faith if the doomsayer is willing to have that
remove.
Hell, I'd be tempted to penalize a doomsayer with a 1pt. loss of faith if
he allowed a toxic shaman to do that to him/her. After giving him suitably
vague warning.
