You know this kind of reminds me of the power vampire I made once. He was a
regular vampire but had been outfitted like a harrowed cyborg. I called him
NOS-4-A2. In order to power his systems since he didn't have his own
manitou he used a sort of advanced spririt tap that fed off other cyborgs,
harrowed, or anything with a power pack. This was great fun as one of my
posse at the time had a suit of power armor, Nos just jumped up on the back
and started draining. I think he could do like 15 charges an action with
both hands and his face. His other attributes included retractable energy
wings, a small sort of cloaking device and a bit more damage resistance than
your standard harrowed.
I'll see if I can dig up the stats for the new systems but the Idea was cool
anyway.
