	Well it's not like if Israel survived they could just start up
shipments to the US again :) 
	That'd be funny though, Israel gets its act together and sends a
shipment over to the US to find out what happened to one of their best
customers. They land somewhere big (like Dallas or something) and are
shocked to find a savage and brutal back-water country with all kinds of
monsters and magic.
	It turns out the rest of the world weathered the last war fairly
well (relatively speaking) and is back up to modern speed. Because the
Reckoners showed up in the US, all the weirdness in the rest of the world
has dropped to almost nil. So now the US is one giant third-world nation
and the rest of the world is doing pretty well...
