Whether or not Israel exists probably depends on what happened during
and after WWII. PEG is doing Weird Wars, but we've been told it's not
part of the timeline for DL/HOE. Has there been any mention of that time
period in HOE, other than Sergeant York?

As for the Desert Eagle, the SA Sidearm (.50 cal) walks, talks, and
quacks like a Desert Eagle, I'm sure it came with a chrome finish at
some point. I would expect there would be similar weapons to fill the
role of popular weapons such as the IMI, Galil, Uzi, etc.
