Actually it's damage x 1d6 locations. So you roll damage, then roll a d6,
then roll that many d20's and apply the wounds/HPs to the locations
rolled. So it's still nasty, but it doesn't automatically hit ALL
locations on a person. Actually you don't really want it to as multiple
hits to one location result in higher probability of death.
