And after all,
    EMP isn't the best weapon against The Combine......

    Fusion is.  
An automaton costs 4 strain and a TN of 11 to EMP, but ONE strain (tn 5) to 
fuse their legs.  And if you've EVER tried to fire a gun when your legs can't 
move... you know that's it for Automatony.  And as far as I can tell, them 
automatons don't get no saving throw neither.  They don't have souls.  
    Other fun things to fuse.

1) The triggers on other people's guns (Guns don't work if the triggers don't 
pull)
2) Steering wheels on cars.
3)  weapons to their holsters (Draw them guns NOW there Jacky!)
4)  Ammo rounds to the inside of their chambers (autmatic backfire).
