Me - I like Nuke.

Have a Doomie Nuke the party.
"4 wounds. . . and your clothes are on fire."
"WHAT!  I drop and roll."
"Okay.  That'll take an action to put out, but what are you going to do 
about the ammo that cooking off?"

:)

And not just Nukes, but any explosion should do equipment damage.  Not only 
will it strip equipment out of the hands of the party, but it will keep the 
party from getting more equipment from their own Nuke'd opponents.

When a private entity does not produce the desired results, it is (certain 
body parts excepted) done away with. But a public entity gets bigger.
