On the PEG website, the VotFW table says that you get a Shootin' Aptitude of
3.  However, it doesn't say Shootin': Rifle, which is my mistake.  I guess
that makes sense in a way, but I prefer Rifle (for those TSAR's)

Also, again completely off-topic, but HOE's skills...they ARE just a "one
skill point for one level" kind of deal, right?  Because he says "Further
levels of Shootin' may be bought as if they were three levels lower", which
sounds really strange to me.
