I'm thinking yes and no. Again, I have no real expertise with this (other 
than the one time I held a dud grenade and the thousands of people I blew up 
in Fallout), but grenades are balanced in sense, but they aren't like, say, 
a throwing knife (balanced version), or a dark, and so on. You can pretty 
much guess where the balanced weapon is going to end up if you're good 
enough. Same with a grenade, but not so to the extent of the boom boom.
