[HOE] Deflections. please please please a quick response if possible.

Do you need to beable to see the power cast at you when using deflections for 
a Templar, or does it just activate whether you can or not. A s the power 
states you need to have a card to vamoose, so i would have thought you would 
need to beable to see it coming. Secondly if a power is directed at the 
Templars head, does that mean the power is reflected back at the persons head 
who cast it.
