Most definitely NOT. Sinnin' (and I believe Shane himself has said as much,
or at least Goff) requires knowledge and willfulness. It's not the Blessed
that's doing it, it's the manitou. True, it's the Blessed character's BODY,
it's not his MIND, and therefore he is not responsible just because he
wasn't strong enough to keep the manitou from coming out to play. After
all, he's only human (more or less). The willfulness (and even knowledge,
since the character can't see what the manitou's doing) just isn't there.
Just as you cannot be held responsible for the actions of another person (in
most cases, anyway), the Blessed cannot lose access to his Miracles (not
Favors, those are for Shamen [is that the correct plural?]) for something
the manitou did. His soul wasn't involved in the action, therefore he's not
responsible for it.

Now, as for how this would affect Templars, I'm really not sure. I'd
suppose you'd have to consider how Sinnin' works on Blessed Gifts, which is
what Rewards work more or less like. I do agree, though, the Martyr
Blessings are right out for the manitou. T don't help evil, sucka!
