[HOE] Corrected cyborg equipment list

I've been promising for a while to upload a corrected and expanded version of
the cyber equipment list from Cyborgs, and I'm finally getting around to it.
Sorry.

I don't recall all the specific changes that I made, but here's the gist of
them:

--A lot of the entries in the list conflicted with the descriptions earlier in
the book. In most cases, the the description stats made more sense, so I've used
those.

--The list didn't include subfeatures like cyber eye vision modes or types of
hold-out weapons. I've added these indented under the main entry.

--Several categories of items, like CPU programs and mounting info for external
weapons, were left out. I've added these.

--I changed the M-120A2 and MPSWC stats to match those listed for their original
versions from The Wasted West (full ROF for the M-120A2 and a small burst radius
for the MPSWC). Also, by consensus from the list the M-2011A's damage has been
upped to 4d8 to outperform a conventional .44 Mag.

--Finally, a bunch of individual items were left out. I've added these.
