[HOE] How many Templars are there in the Wated West

My posse are heading to Boise as part of a long running campaign and are
about to encounter Brad Modeen in "The Destroyer" adventure from the Last
Crusade Sourcebook. This will with a bit of luck be followed by the Boise
Horror.

What I find hard to take in and I know the posse will be the same is the
number of Templars in Boise in both these adventures. This is even backed up
by the picture on page 18 of Last Crusade which shows 8/9 Templars on duty
in the square. Surely as one of the main groups in the WW there would be
more than 4 Templars (Boise Horror) and none in The Destroyer.

I know that the training and life is hard but there must be some companions
or squires at the home of the Order, even if they are only training or on
sentry duty. If they are training to become Templars then who is training
them!

How many true Templars do you think there are wondering the west and in
Boise itself ?
How many Companions and Squires would you think there would be in Boise ?

I'm not imagining an army of troops at Boise but there should be at least a
few there.

Any thoughts would be welcomed.
