Veridian Goliath (Doomie power) already pretty much covers the Hulk.  You
could easily tweak this power description and the werewolf rules from RVC
(RVC2? I forget now...) into a guy that doesn't quite control the changes.
Make him a bit more bigger than the Doomie power would actually make the
character, follow the rules from RVC about trying to gain control of the
changes (using anger/danger as the trigger rather than the moon of course),
and give out corruption points.  The player wanting a Bruce Banner might
find his neato power to be the curse it was meant to be...
