[HOE] How many Templars are there in the Wasted West?

How many Companions and Squires would you think there would be in Boise?

  In my campaign I've given the impression to players that asked that there
were only about 80 Templars though this number is growing slowly, during the
history of the Templars as many as double this number have graduated from
squiredom but at least half have come to sticky ends. Companions are even
more uncommon standing around 50 (I figure you've really got to do some good
to become an honourary Templar, Simon was tough to impress) and squires fall
way down at around 20 or 30(Many get killed or quit very quickly and there
are only so many Templars who want a squire) though there would be about
another 30 waiting to join the ranks when a slot becomes available. These
numbers may seem low but let's face it this supposed to be the end of the
world, there aren't many people, period. With these numbers in mind the
numbers of Templars in Boise during these adventures may not be that
unreasonable but at the same time I'd probably throw in a couple more for
effect who couldn't possibly leave Boise unprotected.
