Absolutely. I had one player lose an arm to VotWW and then ask if he could
take a 5pt. Belongins: Cyberarm?
I looked at him and said, "So basically you want to take an edge that
gives 15pts. and then use 5pts. to totally negate the hinderance of that
edge, leaving with a net of 10pts?
He kinda got this ashamed look and said, "Yeah, I guess I didn't think of
it that way."

It's true though, someone could make out like a bandit by spending 5pts.
of his VotWW (which is doubled for cyber-belongin's to $10,000). I'd only
allow it to be fixed "in game".
