[HOE] Templar questions [SHANE]

I have a couple questions involving Templars, particularly because my posse
is likely headed back to Boise this week to meet up with some people they've
saved.

First, how do the Templars address Simon? do they call him Simon, Grand
Master Simon, just Master, what? The Templar is likely going to have a
conversation with Simon, so it's probably going to be important.

Second, he wants to take on a Squire from the Hell Riders he just defeated
(there are 3 or so left). Yeah, I know, it's really supposed to be somebody
who WANTS to be a Templar, so that's why I'm asking this question: do
Squires have to be formally approved by Simon, or does a Templar just take
someone on who wants to join and then let Simon know later? The individual
in question likely (read: definitely) won't be approved by Simon, but if he
ponies up for the Sidekick Edge I figure I won't deny him- after all,
there's nothing to say the Squire's going to live a long time! The Squire
will likely be either Frankie or Easy Reece from the Road Warriors
adventure, but I could well decide to have it just be a slave they rescued.
