Has anyone notice the problems with the Veteran Librarian Archetype in
Shattered Coast? 

Librarian Ranks are divided by 0/1/3/5. the archetype has Rank 2?

Librarians are required to have academia: research at at least level two.
the archetype has none.

Librarians are required to have Obligation -2, the archetype has no such
hindrance.... actually neither does the Librarian Archetype in  Wasted
West (I didn't apply any of the updated requirments of Shattered Cost to
the Archetype in Wasted West...)

Just pointing it out.
