[pbmserv] Broadcast from dshort via PBM Server

In light of Christian's announcement, I want to remind all players in the 3 
point
backgammon tournament to forward their completed games to me at
pbm4dc@hotmail.com
and mention the current score in your match when you do. I have been
relying on Christian to keep tabs of the matches' current scores and 
results,
but it seems that now I am going to have to do a more dilligent job of it 
myself.
Also remember to initiate the future challenge commands for the next games 
in
your matches yourselves.

Be sure to check out the link below highlighted by the arrows.
If the current score of your match is anything other than what it appears to 
be
on Christian's page please alert me to it immediately. Thank you.
