Judith, when Paddington was a puppy we used duct tape--2" wide-- on all cords that were within his reach. He didn't show any interest in them at all once they were taped down. He doesn't pay any attention to cords now. Not sure if this will help with Lexi--it is a scary problem, given the potential consequences. Ann W
