If a Pyr has a proper coat, I don't think it needs to be shaved.  First
of all, they blow the longer outer coat and the shorter undercoat. 
During the summer mine look almost nude.  Some of the adult Pyrs lose
the undercoat and keep a nice, even outercoat. A good brushing once a
week or more often if they are blowing their coat is all that is
needed.  The Pyrs are an easy dog to maintain unless they aren't
routinely brushed. I don't know what the "honey bear" clip is either.
