Oh, no!  No pinch collars for 12 week old puppies!  

If the nylon buckle collar isn't doing the job, perhaps a "Mountain Collar," a
rounded nylon choke collar could be used when you're working her on the leash.
A pinch collar won't help you with your evening rambunctiousness problem,
anyway, because the dog must NEVER wear a pinch collar unless working with the
handler.  These collars are for training or walking sessions only - not for
general wear.

Have you tried "gentling" your puppy several times a day?  - rolling her onto
your lap and petting her all over, inspecting her feet and ears,  and
correcting her for chewing on you?  She may not let you do this at first, but
with repetition, she will learn that you are a trustworthy, kind leader and
she must respect your lead position in her pack.
