This may be a yeast infection.  Try giving her a 10
min soak in a nice baking soda sitz bath or gentle
sponging then use good old Mystatin at Walmart as a
topical cream that you would use yourself.  However
if this infection is that bad you might need
something stronger You might ask your vet OR call a
different vet for another opinion.
