Re: [PyrNet-L] Re: Tatra that attacked

 I (Janice Vocke - MagEBroD@aol.com) first wrote:

 Then pyrenees@gwi.net (Judith) replied:
< No, but Joe sound's like an awfully nice guy, who perhaps should
have taken more into consideration of how very, very wrong and stupid
this woman wasor might be. She willfully and purposely threw her common
sense to the wind. She did so, only after she was warned by the dog
owner not to. How many people do you think would be that foolish? Even
if they never had owned a dog. We do not know all the fact's, nor can
we, according to Jeannie, some are private. For all we know, this woman
had a motive hurt or provoke the dog. For all we know she was looking
for trouble. maybe the kind of trouble that she has now made. >>

Now Janice Vocke responds:
I think it is extremely irresponsible of someone to leave a dog they are
worried about attacking alone in a room with an elderly woman. While it is
true she did try to pet the dog because the dog looked so cute, that shouldn't
be construed as her looking for trouble. Goodness! Many, many people every
day want to pet my pyr Albert!! If he bit them I would not think it was their
fault! Or that they were asking for it! And IF I was concerned that he was
mean (Which ALBERT IS NOT!!!) I certainly would not leave someone alone with
my dog!! A mean dog needs to be kept under control at all times if allowed to
exist!!!! Thats being a responsible pet owner!
