Re: [PyrNet-L] RE: Chat, Behavior: Barking problems

Sorry, but I only reported what our vet has told us. Since I am not a vet or
a vet technician, my normal responce would be to believe the vet. However, I
still would not use a shock collar. Being raised on a farm, I am very
familiar with electric fences and have been zapped many times. It hurts. So,
I can only imagine that a shock collar would have the same effect. However, I
prefer not to use anything to stop Angel from barking. She's a dog and dogs
like to bark. I dont keep her out all day and she likes to run and play. But
I have noticed that when she is bored outside, is when she starts barking.
