What is this dog's history, where was he from, who was there,
what were the circumstances of the incident. Is the person
relating the incident the "victim" or an uninterested by-stander.
And guess what, people lie. CYA is at all levels.

Lots of questions need to be asked, and honest answers unearthed.
Euthanasia may be the result, but only as a final solution. It

To clarify: The dog was not a Pyr, but a Tatra. It's history was that it
was a rescue that had been with this owner for 2 years. The owner knew the dog
did not like women at all and couldn't be touched by a woman. Yet he had this
woman guest in his home with the dog in the same room and warned her that the
dog doesn't like women. The man went to make coffee in another room and the
woman reached out to pet the dog and try to make friends with it. The dog bit
her and actually climbed up on top of her and severely bit her in the face and
arms requiring four hours in ER and many many stitches. The dog owner admitted
that he was wrong for allowing the dog in same room with a woman. Many are
defending this dogs behavior (NOT ME!!) and have written and phoned their
opinions to politicians and judge so that it can be allowed to live and maybe
sent to Carol Wood. They would need help with transporting the dog to her and
they said that it must be a MAN that transports the dog, NOT a WOMAN, as the
dog does not get along with women.
I am one of the ones that believes that this dog is too dangerous to be
allowed to live. Or at the very least must always be kept away from others,
especially women, since it does not like women.
