[PyrNet-L] Funny story about Samson

I just have to share what my little bear did today!  We usually keep Samson outside because our house is so small.  We do bring him in for a little while every day, and of course we play outside with him constantly.  (With 2 small boys, we'd play outside constantly even without Samson!! LOL)  Anyway, this afternoon, I hear this knock, knock, knocking at my door.  Very quick and loud.  I jumped up and went to the door.  Just before I got there, I heard scratching.  It was Samson!  He had gotten out of the fence and was standing at the front door, with his little (little?  HA!) tail banging on it.  I opened the door and he bounded over to my computer chair, where I was working.  I sat down and he climbed into my lap.  Which is getting rather funny in itself!!  He is now 12 weeks old and is growing so fast!  He hangs off my lap but still loves to cuddle.  I just imagine what will happen when he is full grown!  Yikes!  LOL  He fell asleep with his chin resting on my shoulder while I put my arms around him and continued working.  Silly sweet dog!  I just love this creature!  Its funny, someone asked me the other day if we had a dog.  I said no, without even thinking.  My husband said "What about Samson?!"  I told him that Samson isn't a dog!  He's a Pyr!!!  LOL I am not usually a dog person.  But Pyrs have always intriqued me and I am so in love with Samson.  I introduce him as my new baby, not my dog!  Anyway, I just had to share!  He goes to the vet this week for more shots and I can't wait to see how much he weighs now.  Thanks for all the information I keep soaking up here.  I just love to hear about everyone's babies!
