Whatelse could you do Emily?  The guy was happy to see his dog and obviously
Beethoven was pleased to see him with your description of wagging his bald
tail!!  I doubt if they even realised the poor dog was in such an appalling
state and if they did then by bringing him into the Groomers' they must've
realised that he needed major attention.  I honestly think that some people
just don't realise what a bad state their Pyrs get into and when they do
well it's a case of chopping the coat off so he can start from "scratch"
again. No doubt there will be another appointment made for 12months time if
he's still alive. Poor chap.  Maybe you could contact them and suggest a
6month appointment in the nicest possible way of course. I hope he'll be
okay especially with your summer coming on.
