Wow Dan,  You really do have problems with cats in your neighborhood!!!  At
least the "terrorist" mostly uses her litter box and hasn't printed my car
up.  That IS a pain!!!  You are right about people that have to have a
million cats and don't take care of any of them.  But there are people with
dogs that are the same way.  If you can't take care of them then DON'T have
them!!

Yes cats do get free rein to go and do what they want but, fences do not
hold them and how would you contain them???  They are good for "mousing"
