I have a plastic type of tray in the bottom of my crate, although it looks
like I won't be using it anymore if Kane keeps up the good work.

FWIW, I don't use a conventional chain to "chain" Kane outside with. It is a
heavy duty steal cord wrapped in a plastic coating. You can get them at
Petsmart, or even at Wal-Mart. The one I got has a life time guarantee.

And I have never left him outside unsupervised. I was just knocking ideas
around.
