Egg yolk is no problem to eat raw.  (Ever had egg nog or an egg flip??? :-D)
It is also great for dogs with skin problems as it contains sulphur
containing amino acids, biotin, vitamin A, essential fatty acids and zinc.
They are also a good source of high quality protein.
