Being only a 1/2 mile or less inland, I am, understandably nervous
about good ole Floyd. Even a category 1 hurricane is a pretty
formidable beast! Adrenaline is starting to pump up. Have an awful lot
to do here as far as securing things. Also need to go take care of a
clients patio furniture, etc. Will be quite busy tomorrow! Why do I
have all these plants? Most of them are houseplants that I put out in
the summer. I don't have enough room in here at the moment. Oh well, a
few nasty looking spiders never hurt anyone, right? <shiver> Me being
arachnaphobic and all! I just hope it stays out to sea a little. If it
comes into the Chesapeake and up the Delaware we're really in for it
here!
