Susan...if I could only get them to make the mortgage payments!  Still,
if there is a positive side to this, I like the new decorating job in the
dinette real well. I may have to encourage them ( pate' ) in other areas
to get some re-decorating done?  

Oh, they do get into the wood for the fireplace too, tend not to keep too
much of a stack in the house for the fire!
