Please remember that at nine weeks he is an absolute baby, and that all a
dog has to tell his world by is largely oral.  He will mouth because that
is how he feels his world.  Don't jump the gun and see it as a big
problem before it becomes one.  Let him mouth you but tell him " easy" 
or" gentle" or whatever world so he can determine just how much,
pressure, while still investigating his world.  Cyn.
