[PyrNet-L] Resue pups with blue eyes.

I have seen blue eyes in Saint Bernards. This had a genetic link back to the
Grandsire of the litter. He had a blue eye and a brown eye.  Siberian
Huskies can have blue eyes. I know there other Breeds who have this but
whether it's part of the Breed Standard or not I don't know. Certainly not
acceptable with Pyreneans so if they are purebred then the blue eyes must be
inherited . Would the gene for the blue eye(s) need to be on both sides of
the pedigree? I recall with the Saint litter many years ago that only the
Grandsire exhibited the blue eye? Genotype/phenotype again.
Is anyone aware if these pups are purebred Pyrs or some cross breeding
there?
