Robyn, loved the Pyr. weight story.  When we still had the Mastiffs and
the Dane we were camping in a pop-up camper.  Got caught in a violent
storm that kept lifting the camper.  We got the dogs positioned so their
weight helped keep the camper on the ground!  Big dogs do come in handy!
:-)

By the way, it usually doesn't get that bad in S.C. snow wise, does it?
