Hi Jesse, It is very common for puppies who have not gotten their car legs to be sick - they are nervous - my dogs did it through puppyhood and grew out of it. Try and keep his stomach empty before he travels. Try your vet - they probably have a something you can give him if the problem persists. Good luck !! Tania Xerri Taniax@baycrest.org
