Also, you might want to try Valerian and Passionflower. It usually comes in a small bottle, a liquid, and you can get it at the health food store too. I found it REALLY helped Ernie with those nasty thunderstorms! I just gave about 1/2 dropperful once or twice within 15 minutes or so.
