Frontline now has an 82 -130 pound weight packet.  If you get it from 
PetSmart, it's around $46/3 vile packet.  If you get if from a place like 
Omaha Vaccine, it's around $22!  Guess where I'm getting my next supply.

I also use Interceptor as the heartworm medicine of choice.  I know you can 
use Ivermectin, but can't remember the dosage.  According to my vet, 
Interceptor covers more worms than Heartguard.
