I find it amazing how extraordinarily stupid some people can be! And ten to
one if this pit had managed to attack Daisy and she injured or killed it the
pit's owner would have blamed you. Some people should not be allowed to have
pets! I do not really know what you can do other than avoid the area this
idiot walks his dog in and to continue to work with Daisy on staying in a
sit stay when confronted with another dog. Perhaps she may out grow her dog
aggression with time and patient correction. My Beau is such a sweet natured
boy that he sees all other dogs as friends unless he is in guard mode in the
yard or house. Only once did we have a problem with a dog aggressive
malamute on one of our walks. And then I put Beau in a down stay and loved
on him to distract him while the mals owner curbed and disciplined her dog
and lead him away. I guess we have been lucky. I am glad Gypsy was not
injured by the other dog.
