[PyrNet-L] A nasty encounter

Taking a puppy to a show to socialise should be good for the puppy except
for the snarling maniacal dogs in crates or vehicles who lunge wildly at
anything moving.  This can be very off putting for the youngster and I have
found (like Czar) that the puppy may well react and if not stopped then
there could be a problem later.  I have no hesitation in telling an owner to
control his dog and the language is none too polite the 2nd time around
either.  Some people get a kick out of their dog(s) savage behaviour toward
other dogs. It's the pea brained owner who should be licensed not the dog.
