All I can say, Barb, you must have more will power than most of us <VBG>!  
While I was born in York, PA and lived in York County, my paternal 
grandfather was from Lancaster.  Needless to say, my grandmother (and Mother) 
cook like they do in Lancaster.  Some of those deserts, like sho fly pie, are 
hard to pass up.
