Re: [pyrnet]corneal dystrophy
My mother's shepherd has a condition called Pannus,
which is triggered by allergic reactions. It creates
a tissue similar to what you described and it can be
treated with steroid eyes cream, but can reccur with
discontinuation of the medication.
