Katie, I'd leave him alone. He's better off being a little on the
light side. Much better for his growing bones. The growth plates
in the long bones do not close until 18 months to 2 years of age.
He'll probably start filling out after that, unless he's like Bo
who didn't fill out until he was almost 6 years old.
