     You know human's get leaky problems and they wear attends -- this is 
possible for dogs as well.   You can get all sizes of attends and they will 
go around a male dog or you can get pants for the girls.   It is not an easy 
solution but if nothing else works -- this is a possible.  I have a min pin 
that wears socks with a kotex pad in it-- goes around his middle and I take 
it off for him to go out -- put it on when he is in the house.  I have taken 
him to the vet and they have done what they can but for an old man -- well he 
leaks!!
