[pyrnet] Spay Neuter

I have more experience with cats.  The thinking in Houston, Texas of the
vets that specialize in cats is that they can be spayed and neutered at a
very early age.  The cat rescue groups in town have the kittens spayed or
neutered before they are adopted.  This is at about three months of age.
One of my rescue cats was spayed this early and has been healthy and is a
wonderfully attractive large girl.
