Barb, this does sound like a rough one.  Probably can be done, but it is
difficult when he wants out, and you have your own to contend with.  I
think one of those soft muzzles, and getting her out on walks where she
can see more people going about their business, and then slowly working
from that point to socializing.  It would help if he was willing!  Same
old thing, easy out, someone else do something.  Sad.   Cindy
