From what source did you hear that ILP dogs will be excluded from awards?
I think that it is really important that accurate and official information
be presented and discussed. We have a big enough problem in general and in
dwarfs in particular, with "rumor". >>
Hi,
I haven't received my latest Bulletin yet...but....in the July/August issue
on page 20 under Dwarf Vote: "The Board of Directors approved a measure that
would have made dwarf Great Pyrenees ineligible for GPCA awards and made
dwarfs and dogs with Indefinite Listing Privileges from the AKC ineligible
for the GPCA Hall of Fame. The action was put on hold pending a vote of the
GPCA membership." Also on page 21, under Board Minutes/Hall of Fame:
".....moved that eligibility for the Hall of Fame be based on AKC-registered
GReat Pyrenees with typical structure and conformation." Wouldn't that
exclude ILP registered dogs?
