I really want to make it clear that I was answering Cindy's questions in
part as the Devil's Advocate.  I could probably also make the opposite
case.  Also, whatever opinions I share here are *mine* and not necessarily
those of the Health Committee unless I add HC to my sig line.  The Health
Committee has *no* public committee position on this issue.  We are
interested only in information, education, and the control of the dwarf
"problem" in the breed.
