A friend of mine neutered one of her older dogs recently (a Hungarian
Viszla) and this happened.  Almost looked like he hadn't been done ;-).  Vet
said 'no problem', the swelling will go down on its own.  Nothing was done
to it (dog was not distressed or worrying at it) and it went down in a week
or two.
